For over 25 years, Paul J. Zaffuts has advised companies working in the nuclear energy industry and other organizations operating in highly regulated and safety significant environments. Paul's work is focused on regulatory compliance and enforcement; whistleblower and retaliation defense; issues involving storage, transport and disposal of nuclear and other hazardous material; and worksite assessment and training.

As principal of The Zaffuts Group, Paul counsels and defends utilities, nuclear industry suppliers, university and research laboratory nuclear facilities, medical facilities, other users of radiological material and other highly regulated entities before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
